Helpdesk Associate – ITIL (L2) – Coimbatore

About the role

NTT DATA is looking for a motivated Helpdesk Associate with ITIL expertise to provide L2 technical support to its clients. You will work from our Coimbatore office, handling incidents and service requests through phone, email and chat.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver L2 technical guidance for problem identification, prioritisation and resolution.
• Manage incidents and requests following ITIL best‑practice procedures.
• Perform recognition, research, isolation, resolution and follow‑up steps for reported issues.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments within the client infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft Windows, PC hardware, Internet Explorer, MS Office and other COTS applications.

Required profile

• Graduate degree; B.Tech/B.E or other technical degree preferred.
• Strong communication skills with at least 1 year of international calling experience.
• Excellent written and verbal comprehension.
• Proven customer‑handling abilities.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts in a 24 × 7 support environment.
