Helpdesk Associate – ITIL (L1 Support)

About the role

We are looking for a Helpdesk Associate – ITIL to provide first‑line technical support for our clients in Coimbatore. The role involves handling incidents and service requests through phone, email and chat, following ITIL best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver L1 technical guidance, identify, prioritize and resolve reported problems.
• Conduct research, isolation, resolution and follow‑up steps for incidents.
• Act as liaison between customers and internal departments within the client infrastructure.
• Support users on Microsoft Windows, PC hardware, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Office and other commercial off‑the‑shelf applications.

Required profile

• Graduate degree; B.Tech/B.E or other technical degree preferred.
• Strong communication skills with at least one year of international calling experience.
• Excellent written and verbal comprehension.
• Proven customer handling abilities.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts within a 24 × 7 support window.
