Healthcare Recruiter – US Permanent Staffing (Night Shift)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated US Healthcare Recruiter to join HonorVet Technologies’ expanding recruitment team in Mohali. The role focuses on sourcing, screening and placing qualified healthcare professionals for permanent (direct‑hire) positions across the United States, working the US night shift.

Key responsibilities

• Source active and passive candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, Vivian, Indeed, Monster, Ceipal and JobDiva.
• Recruit for permanent (direct‑hire) healthcare roles including RNs, LPNs/LVNs, CNAs, allied health and therapy professionals.
• Screen candidates for qualifications, licensure, communication skills, availability and compensation expectations.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers and manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requirement intake to offer rollout.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and build a strong pipeline of qualified professionals.
• Ensure timely submissions while meeting client expectations and recruitment targets.

Required profile

• 1–4 years of experience in US healthcare recruitment, specifically permanent (direct‑hire) staffing.
• Hands‑on experience recruiting RNs, LPNs/LVNs, CNAs, allied health and therapy professionals.
• Comfortable working the US night shift and managing multiple requirements in a target‑driven environment.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
