Head of School – CBSE

About the role

The Head of School (CBSE) will provide overall leadership and management for the CBSE School at Central Park Flower Valley, overseeing academic, co‑curricular and administrative functions. Reporting to the Chairperson, the role is responsible for driving the school’s vision, mission and strategic plan.

Key responsibilities

• Review and implement CBSE curricula, ensuring compliance with state and national regulations.
• Determine subject offerings, staffing needs and allocate teachers accordingly.
• Monitor examination processes and performance outcomes.
• Conduct regular staff meetings, evaluate teacher performance and organise professional development.
• Supervise student affairs, counsel students, enforce discipline and coordinate major school events.
• Develop and maintain parent and community relations, including marketing strategies to raise school visibility.

Required profile

• Proven experience in school leadership or senior educational administration.
• Strong understanding of CBSE regulations and academic standards.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans and school policies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
