Head of People & Culture

About the role

The Head of People & Culture will lead the school’s people strategy, fostering an inclusive, high‑performing culture that supports academic excellence and operational success. Reporting to the Principal, this senior HR leader will act as a strategic partner to the leadership team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a People & Culture strategy aligned with the school’s vision and objectives.
• Partner with senior leadership on organisational design, workforce planning, succession planning and talent strategy.
• Provide strategic HR guidance on employee relations, performance management, learning & development, compensation & benefits, compliance and engagement.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for academic, leadership and professional services roles, building a strong employer brand.
• Drive initiatives that enhance organisational effectiveness and employee experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior HR leadership, preferably within an educational or international school setting.
• Ability to align people practices with the institution’s values, vision and long‑term goals.
• Willingness to undergo rigorous child‑protection screening, including police clearance from all countries of residence.
• Strong strategic thinking, partnership and communication skills.
