Head of Operations

About the role

Queen Elizabeth’s Global Schools is seeking a strategic Head of Operations to establish and lead world‑class operational systems for its new campus in Gurugram. The role will shape all non‑academic functions, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance across the school community.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a long‑term operational strategy aligned with the school’s vision.
• Oversee facilities management, health and safety, procurement, IT infrastructure, and regulatory compliance.
• Build and lead high‑performing teams across all operational departments.
• Implement robust processes for risk management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to support school growth and enhance the student, staff, and family experience.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in operations management, preferably within K‑12 or international education.
• Demonstrated ability to design and scale operational systems in fast‑growth environments.
• Strong commitment to child protection, health and safety standards, and ethical compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
