Head of Human Resources

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Human Resources to lead the HR function for Cancer Healer Center, a multi‑location healthcare organization. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution across recruitment, operations, learning and development, and employee relations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategy aligned with organizational growth, overseeing HR, Recruitment, Operations and L&D teams.
• Manage end‑to‑end talent acquisition, workforce planning, employer branding and succession pipelines across clinical, corporate and support functions.
• Ensure seamless HR operations including onboarding, documentation, promotions, exits and HRMS data integrity.
• Design performance management systems, drive reviews, and foster a performance‑driven culture.
• Oversee payroll processing, compensation structures, benefits programs and ensure compliance with Indian labour laws.

Required profile

• 10+ years of overall HR experience, with significant leadership responsibility.
• Proven track record managing HR across multiple locations and a sizeable workforce.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, statutory compliance and HR governance.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast‑growing, high‑accountability environment.
