Head of Human Resources

About the role

Grow Your Staff is seeking a Head of Human Resources to lead the HR function for a prominent automotive and construction equipment dealership group in Hyderabad. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will shape people strategy, build high‑performance teams and drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with long‑term business objectives.
• Partner with senior leadership to drive organizational development, workforce planning and business transformation.
• Lead succession planning, talent acquisition, employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives.
• Design and manage performance management frameworks, career progression and leadership development programs.
• Assess training needs and deliver technical, behavioral and leadership learning across all divisions.
• Provide strategic guidance on organizational design, change management and people‑related decisions.

Required profile

• 12–18 years of overall HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead HR functions across multiple business units, workshops and corporate offices.
• Strong track record of building high‑performance cultures and developing future leaders.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with experience reporting to C‑level executives.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site in Hyderabad.
