Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) & Strategy

About the role

We are looking for an experienced finance leader to head our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Strategy function. The role will drive financial insights, support long‑term strategic planning, and enable data‑driven decision‑making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning processes.
• Provide variance analysis, financial insights, and recommendations to improve performance.
• Build and maintain robust financial models for investment and business decisions.
• Partner with business units to track key performance metrics and ensure accountability.
• Support senior leadership in developing and executing long‑term growth strategies.
• Conduct financial due diligence, scenario planning, and business case preparation for M&A and expansion projects.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, CFO, and business leaders.
• Build and lead a high‑performing FP&A and strategy team.
• Drive automation and digital transformation of reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and alignment of financial and strategic objectives.
• Present insights and recommendations to the Board and senior management.

Required profile

• CA, MBA (Finance) or CFA equivalent.
• 14+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, strategy, corporate finance, or investment banking.
• Strong exposure to business partnering, corporate strategy, and M&A.
• Proven ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
• Exceptional analytical, financial modeling, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
