Head of Finance – Group Finance Lead (India & Sharjah)

About the role

We are seeking an accomplished finance leader to head the Finance & Accounts function for our operations in India, Sharjah and associated group entities. This strategic role offers end‑to‑end ownership of financial strategy, treasury, planning, governance and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Finance & Accounts across India, Sharjah and all group entities.
• Partner directly with promoters on strategic initiatives and financial decisions.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, MIS, treasury and business performance management.
• Ensure compliance, taxation, audits, governance and risk management.
• Manage manufacturing finance, cost controls, inventory, CAPEX and profitability projects.
• Develop and mentor the Finance & Accounts organization across multiple locations.
• Strengthen financial governance, ERP processes and internal controls.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant (mandatory).
• 20+ years of progressive finance experience with increasing leadership responsibility.
• Minimum 10 years in senior finance leadership roles.
• Strong background in manufacturing and multi‑location finance environments.
• Experience with multiple entities or business units.
• Deep understanding of IFRS, financial reporting, budgeting, treasury and compliance.
• Exposure to GCC/UAE finance environment is preferred.
