Head of Digital Marketing

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, result‑oriented Head of Digital Marketing to lead our online presence. You will drive brand awareness, generate high‑quality leads, and shape the overall digital strategy across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain WordPress websites, ensuring performance, speed, SEO, and content updates.
• Oversee social media on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other platforms; create content calendars, publish posts, reels and stories, and grow engagement.
• Plan, execute and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube) while tracking ROI, CPL, CPC and conversion rates.
• Conduct on‑page and off‑page SEO, keyword research, competitor analysis and backlink building.
• Write scripts for Instagram and Facebook Reels, coordinate with designers and video editors, and develop trend‑driven content.
• Develop monthly and quarterly digital marketing plans, monitor KPIs and produce weekly/monthly performance reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading digital marketing teams and delivering successful campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to track and optimise key performance indicators.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
