Head Chef, CDP, and Commis Chef Positions – Premium Vegetarian Cloud Kitchen

About the role
We are launching a new‑age premium vegetarian cloud kitchen in Bhopal and are seeking passionate chefs to help build the operation from the ground up. Open positions include Head Chef, Chef de Partie (CDP), and Commis Chef.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute vegetarian menu items following standardized recipes.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and safety standards.
- Implement and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for food preparation.
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure consistent quality across all dishes.
- Coordinate with the management team to optimize kitchen workflow.
Required profile
- Experience working with standardized recipes and SOPs.
- Prior experience in hotels, restaurant brands, or well‑known hospitality groups is preferred.
