Hardware Support Technician – Night Shift (Onsite)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing healthcare technology provider as a Hardware Support Technician. You will work night shifts to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, printer, interface, connectivity and networking issues for a large network of pharmacies and healthcare sites.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and peripheral devices on‑site.
• Resolve software, printer, and interface problems for end‑users.
• Investigate and fix connectivity and network‑related incidents.
• Provide clear, step‑by‑step guidance to non‑technical users.
• Document incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Collaborate with global teams to share knowledge and improve processes.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in IT systems, hardware installation, or help‑desk support.
• Strong ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tickets in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a high degree of integrity and ownership.
