Hardware Support Technician – Night Shift (Onsite, Coimbatore)

About the role

We are looking for a Hardware Support Technician to provide remote technical assistance to pharmacy teams across the United States. The role operates on a night‑shift schedule aligned with US Eastern Time and is based onsite in Coimbatore.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver remote support for hardware, software, networking and system issues affecting pharmacy operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems on computers, printers and networking equipment.
• Provide user training and guidance to non‑technical pharmacy staff.
• Recommend technology improvements to enhance efficiency and security.
• Collaborate with internal support teams to ensure timely and high‑quality service.

Required profile

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1‑5 years of experience in IT systems, installation or application support in a remote help‑desk environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of computers, printers and small‑business networking equipment.
• Excellent communication and phone etiquette, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced setting.
• Understanding of security best practices for handling sensitive healthcare data.
