Hardware Support Technician – Network Troubleshooting (Onsite)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing healthcare technology provider as a Senior Hardware Support Technician. You will work night shifts to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, printer, interface and networking issues for a large network that supports thousands of pharmacies and millions of patients.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and fix hardware failures, software glitches, printer problems, and connectivity issues.
• Provide on‑site support to end‑users, guiding them to reliable resolutions.
• Document incidents, track tickets, and ensure timely closure.
• Collaborate with global teams through Emapta for knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Maintain security best practices to protect sensitive healthcare data.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in IT systems, hardware installation, application support or remote help‑desk environments.
• Strong ability to independently diagnose and resolve complex technical problems.
• Customer‑facing experience, preferably in healthcare or pharmacy technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for non‑technical users.
• Flexibility to work night shift (9 PM‑6 AM EST) with weekends off.
