Hardware Support Technician – Network & Technical Support

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Hardware Support Technician to provide remote technical assistance for a large healthcare technology ecosystem. You will troubleshoot computers, printers, applications, interfaces, and networking equipment that keep pharmacy operations running smoothly. The position is full‑time, work‑from‑home in India, covering the US Eastern night shift (9:00 AM‑6:00 PM ET) with weekends off.

Key responsibilities

• Independently diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network incidents for business‑critical pharmacy systems.
• Provide remote, customer‑facing technical support to end‑users across a nationwide healthcare network.
• Maintain and configure printers, small‑business computers, networking gear, and peripheral devices.
• Apply security best practices to protect sensitive healthcare data.
• Collaborate with global teams and document resolutions for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 1‑5 years of remote IT help‑desk experience supporting hardware, software, and networking environments.
• Strong knowledge of small‑business computers, printers, networking equipment, and peripheral devices.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot independently and prioritize multiple tickets in a fast‑paced setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions to non‑technical users.
• Experience in healthcare or pharmacy technology is a plus.
