Hardware Support Technician – Network & Technical Support

About the role

As a Senior Hardware Support Technician you will independently troubleshoot computers, printers, applications, interfaces and networking equipment that keep critical pharmacy operations running smoothly. The role is fully remote from India, supporting a large healthcare technology ecosystem that serves millions of patients.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network incidents for business‑critical pharmacy systems.
• Provide remote, customer‑facing technical support to end‑users across multiple time zones.
• Maintain and install printers, computers, networking devices and related interfaces.
• Ensure security best practices are applied when handling sensitive healthcare data.
• Document resolutions and contribute to knowledge‑base resources.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in IT systems, hardware installation, application support or remote help‑desk environments.
• Strong technical knowledge of computers, printers, networking equipment and related interfaces.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity and network‑related incidents independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions to non‑technical users.
• Experience in healthcare or pharmacy technology is a plus.
