Handcrafted Furniture Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Handcrafted Furniture Sales Manager to join Treenart, a women‑led manufacturer based in Jodhpur. The role involves driving sales of our wood, metal and upholstery furniture, handling client interactions from inquiry to delivery, and supporting product customization.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client calls, messages and order discussions, providing product advice and customization options.
• Present merchandise effectively, ensuring attractive product displays.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed orders and coordinate with the production team for timely dispatch.
• Maintain up‑to‑date order status, follow up with clients and nurture long‑term relationships.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure accurate order fulfilment.

Required profile

• At least 6 months of experience in handicraft furniture sales or merchandising.
• Good knowledge of wood, metal, iron and upholstery furniture.
• Strong command of English, confident communication and well‑organized work style.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, artisan‑driven environment.
