Guest Services Associate – Front Office

About the role

We are looking for a Guest Services Associate (GSA) – Front Office to join our dynamic team in Mysuru, India. In this role you will be the welcoming face of the hotel, delivering memorable experiences from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, creating a positive first impression.
• Execute check‑in and check‑out procedures efficiently with accuracy.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, demonstrating empathy and problem‑solving.
• Manage guest accounts and settle payments transparently.
• Identify opportunities to personalize the guest experience and provide thoughtful recommendations.
• Promote hotel facilities and services, identifying upselling opportunities.
• Maintain high standards of customer service at the reception desk, consistently exceeding expectations.
• Oversee day‑to‑day front office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and team collaboration.
• Communicate any matters affecting hotel interests to management promptly.
• Support team members in a collaborative manner, fostering a positive work environment.
• Organise and prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining composure and efficiency.

Required profile

• Relevant diploma or degree in Hotel Management or equivalent hospitality qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a front office or guest services role.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest transactions.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
