Guest Service Associate

About the role

The Frame is seeking a polished Guest Service Associate to deliver refined, personalized hospitality in our multi-level fine-dining venue in Lodhi Colony, New Delhi. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring every interaction reflects our art-driven, storytelling approach. You will work closely with the culinary and creative teams to ensure each guest experience aligns with The Frame’s artistic vision.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth, confidence and impeccable etiquette.
• Manage reservations, walk-ins, seating, table allocations and special requests efficiently.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the menu, beverages, ingredients and service sequence.
• Deliver service according to fine-dining standards and established SOPs.
• Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen, bar, service and management teams.
• Handle VIP, regular and discerning guests with professionalism and discretion.
• Maintain high standards of grooming, table presentation, ambience and overall service.
• Address guest feedback and concerns promptly, ensuring timely resolution.
• Support the team during busy periods while preserving composure and service quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in fine-dining, luxury hotels, premium restaurants or upscale hospitality.
• Strong understanding of fine-dining service standards and etiquette.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, polished, well-groomed professional appearance.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver personalized service.
• Attention to detail and genuine passion for hospitality.
