Maintain and clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest Fairmont standards, ensuring all spaces are immaculate and welcoming. Provide exceptional guest service by responding promptly to guest requests, special needs, and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.

• Provide exceptional guest service by responding promptly to requests and inquiries.
• Inspect rooms after cleaning to verify quality and compliance with property specifications.
• Manage housekeeping supplies and inventory, reporting low stock levels.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to prioritize room assignments and meet daily cleaning schedules.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns immediately for prompt resolution.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation protocols, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Assist with special projects, deep‑cleaning initiatives, and seasonal maintenance tasks as assigned.
