Guest Service Associate Housekeeping

About the role

The Guest Service Associate – Housekeeping will ensure that guest rooms, corridors and public areas are cleaned, maintained and presented to the highest standards of the Radisson Blu Hotel. You will work closely with the housekeeping team to deliver a comfortable and welcoming environment for all guests.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and other assigned zones according to hotel standards.
• Make beds, change linen, dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize rooms and bathrooms.
• Replenish guest supplies and amenities as per established guidelines.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, missing items, or any unusual observations to the supervisor.
• Handle guest requests promptly and courteously, coordinating with other departments when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all assigned areas.
• Follow proper procedures for handling lost and found items.
• Ensure proper use and care of housekeeping equipment, cleaning chemicals, and other materials.
• Support the housekeeping team during high occupancy, special events, and peak periods.

Required profile

• Minimum 10th/12th standard; Hotel Management or Hotel Operations qualification preferred.
• Freshers can be considered; prior hotel housekeeping experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a guest‑oriented approach.
• Attention to detail, strong time‑management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast‑paced hotel environment.
• Positive attitude, discipline, professional grooming and basic knowledge of hotel safety and hygiene standards.
