Guest Service Associate – Housekeeping

About the role

Join the team at ibis Kochi City Centre as a Guest Service Associate – Housekeeping. You will be responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments for our guests, ensuring every stay is comfortable and memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain impeccable cleanliness in guest rooms, public areas, and executive offices according to hotel standards.
• Handle departmental master keys and other security keys to protect guests and property.
• Inspect and replenish room linen, amenities, and supplies, reporting any deficiencies.
• Follow lost‑and‑found, “Do Not Disturb,” and safety procedures accurately.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and high guest satisfaction.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or any incidents to the Housekeeping Supervisor promptly.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented with a strong focus on hygiene and safety.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact courteously with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to work according to a posted schedule and adhere to hotel policies.
