Guest Service Associate – Front Office

About the role

As a Guest Service Associate on the Front Office team, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth and memorable arrival experience. You will handle check‑in and check‑out, manage reservations, and provide local insights to make each stay exceptional.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm, professional greeting and create a positive first impression.
• Identify IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests, both in person and over the phone.
• Process payments, manage bookings, and ensure accurate billing.
• Execute swift and seamless check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Anticipate guest needs, offering tailored recommendations and assistance.
• Serve as the trusted point of contact for guest inquiries, from billing issues to restaurant suggestions.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle compliments and concerns.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude to turn issues into positive experiences.
• Fluency in the local language; additional languages are a plus.
• Literate and tech‑savvy with good reading, writing, basic maths and computer abilities.
