Guest Service Associate – Food & Beverage

About the role

The Guest Service Associate supports the Food & Beverage outlet by delivering high‑quality service to guests and ensuring the dining area meets hotel standards. You will work at the point of sale, assist with cash handling, and help maintain a clean, welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide attentive waiter service in the restaurant and meeting rooms.
• Handle restaurant cashiering and manage cash transactions according to policy.
• Prepare the dining room, set tables, and ensure all service equipment is in good condition.
• Maintain inventory of crockery, glassware, linen and other supplies, and replenish as needed.
• Clean and polish glassware and silverware, and remove dishes and spillage promptly.
• Transport soiled dishes to the kitchen and ensure proper storage in the steward area.
• Follow the Standard Operating Manual for service sequence and presentation.
• Support closing procedures by tidying the restaurant and preparation areas.
