Guest Relations Host

About the role

The Guest Relations Host is the first point of contact for employees, visitors and vendors within a designated building or zone. You will ensure the workplace runs smoothly by providing a welcoming front‑of‑house experience and maintaining a ready‑to‑work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage reception duties including call handling, visitor greeting, badge issuance and guest registration while complying with security protocols.
• Coordinate meetings, events and travel support, and ensure conference rooms and supplies are prepared.
• Act as liaison with building management and external vendors, logging service requests and following up on corrective actions.
• Maintain daily space readiness, monitor the environment and proactively resolve issues before they affect employees.
• Support flexible‑hour events and uphold service quality by following standard operating procedures.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in real‑estate services, hospitality, retail, customer service or a related field, or a college degree.
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable interacting with executive‑level clients and staff at all levels.
• High emotional intelligence and empathy, with a strong customer‑service mindset.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑starter with strong organizational abilities.
