Guest Relations Executive – Front Desk Receptionist

About the role

Fitclub is seeking a well‑presented, customer‑focused Guest Relations Executive to be the welcoming face of the club. You will manage front‑desk operations, assist members and visitors, and ensure a smooth, pleasant experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist members and walk‑in guests in a professional, friendly manner.
• Handle front‑desk duties including check‑ins, phone calls, and general inquiries.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as trainers, sales, and management to address member needs.
• Resolve member concerns promptly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of member interactions and feedback.
• Support the membership sales team by sharing basic plan details and generating leads.
• Keep the reception and waiting area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Manage appointments, schedules, and follow‑ups when required.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in guest relations, front office, or customer service (hospitality/fitness preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable personality with a positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
