About the role
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to drive landing page performance, launch targeted campaigns, and improve category positioning. You will work closely with product and design teams to enhance customer acquisition efficiency across the Delhi NCR market.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimise city‑ and category‑level marketing campaigns.
- Increase conversion rates throughout the service discovery journey.
- Coordinate offer‑led growth initiatives for high‑demand categories.
- Analyse performance data to refine acquisition strategies.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in performance or growth marketing.
- Strong understanding of consumer funnels and conversion optimisation.
- Comfort with positioning premium consumer brands.
