About the role
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own and optimise our performance marketing funnel, from paid acquisition through test‑ride booking to final purchase. You will work closely with retail operations and the Flutter app team to drive high‑intent traffic and conversions across multiple Indian cities.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute Google, Meta and YouTube campaigns across 15+ cities.
- Own the full funnel from ad impression to test‑ride booking and purchase.
- Collaborate with the content team on high‑intent SEO blog posts.
- Report weekly CAC and LTV metrics by city and channel to senior leadership.
- Conduct A/B testing on landing pages and the book‑test‑ride funnel.
Required profile
- 4+ years of experience in B2C performance marketing.
- Deep expertise with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Comfortable using SQL for analytics or able to work closely with data teams.
- Portfolio of successful high‑ticket B2C campaigns in India.
