Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

SetuAI is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale its user acquisition strategy. You will drive SEO, content, performance campaigns and partnership programmes to grow the student base from 50,000 to 500,000.

Key responsibilities

• Own user acquisition metrics such as trial sign‑ups, activation rate and paid conversion.
• Design and execute an SEO and content strategy targeting JEE/NEET search intent.
• Run performance marketing campaigns on Google, Meta and YouTube.
• Develop and test referral programmes, institutional partnerships and organic growth loops.
• Analyse funnel data, identify drop‑off points and run improvement experiments.
• Write and optimise email sequences for onboarding, engagement and re‑activation.

Required profile

• 3+ years of growth marketing experience, preferably in EdTech or consumer SaaS.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with tools such as Google Analytics or Mixpanel.
• Proven track record of running and optimising paid campaigns with measurable ROI.
• Excellent written communication for email, ads and landing‑page copy.
• Deep understanding of the Indian education market and student/parent buying behaviour.
