About the role

Pinnacle is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale pipeline generation across multiple channels. You will translate strategic goals into measurable demand, driving qualified leads and new‑logo accounts for our industrial reliability solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan, launch and optimize multi‑channel campaigns (paid media, email, webinars, retargeting).
  • Develop and maintain the campaign roadmap, ensuring performance targets are met.
  • Build and refine funnel conversion processes from acquisition through to booked meetings.
  • Collaborate with content and product teams to activate market‑relevant messaging.
  • Manage acquisition channel budgets and allocate spend efficiently.
  • Analyze campaign performance using data and AI tools, iterating to improve results.

Required profile

  • 4–7+ years of experience in demand generation, campaign management, or account‑based marketing.
  • Proven track record of growing qualified pipelines and improving conversion rates.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on experimentation and data‑driven decision making.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS environments and familiarity with industrial or reliability sectors is a plus.
