About the role

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Executive who will transform our technical expertise into a compelling brand narrative. The focus is on building long‑term brand awareness, trust, and direct customer engagement rather than short‑term ad campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance the overall digital presence of the brand.
• Define clear brand positioning and communication strategy.
• Create and schedule valuable content for LinkedIn, Instagram, the website, email and other relevant platforms.
• Produce professional designs, videos, articles, product stories, case studies and industry‑focused pieces.
• Improve website content and SEO to increase organic discovery.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, content creation, optimization and consistency.
• Identify topics and formats that establish the company as a knowledgeable manufacturer.
• Monitor competitors, customers and market trends to uncover content opportunities.
• Maintain consistency in brand voice, visual identity and messaging.
• Track reach, engagement, traffic, search visibility and enquiries; deliver weekly performance reports.
