Growth Marketer – D2C & Shopify (Jaipur)

About the role

Curious Apes is seeking a Growth Marketer to help Indian D2C brands scale profitably on Shopify. You will combine conversion optimisation, retention campaigns, and e‑commerce operations to drive sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Audit Shopify stores and identify conversion opportunities; optimise product pages, checkout flows and landing pages.
• Run A/B tests and analyse results using Hotjar, Google Analytics, Clarity and other CRO tools.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to implement conversion improvements.
• Plan and execute email, WhatsApp and SMS campaigns, manage segmentation and personalise messaging.
• Track and optimise campaign performance to increase Customer Lifetime Value.
• Update products, banners and offers on Shopify stores and monitor daily store performance.
• Coordinate with creative and marketing teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in e‑commerce marketing or store management, preferably with Shopify.
• Familiarity with CRO tools such as Google Optimize, Clarity and GA4.
• Experience with email, WhatsApp or SMS marketing platforms.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
