Growth Marketer (B2C) – Remote

About the role

Nola is building an AI‑native stablecoin bank account that combines high‑yield savings, global transfers and automated life‑admin services. As a Founding Growth Marketer you will own the end‑to‑end user acquisition and retention strategy, shaping the narrative, channels and experiments that drive rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the company narrative and launch sequence.
• Build, scale and optimise acquisition channels across paid, owned and earned media.
• Design and run founder‑led content initiatives (podcasts, newsletters, social media).
• Own lifecycle marketing, retention programmes and growth experiments.
• Create and ship high‑velocity content that resonates with a B2C audience.
• Develop AI‑driven agents and automation workflows to amplify marketing efficiency.
• Identify and solve growth challenges without relying on pre‑existing playbooks.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a growth marketer in the B2C space.
• Proven track record taking a product or company from 0 to 1.
• Background in early‑stage startups with measurable user‑adoption results.
• Established personal brand through podcast, YouTube, newsletter, Twitter/X, Substack or similar channels.
• Deep understanding of GTM strategies without large budgets or brand recognition.
• AI‑native mindset with experience building agents, content pipelines, research workflows or outbound engines.
• Strong storytelling and content‑creation abilities.
