Growth Manager – User Growth (5‑10 yrs experience)

About the role

We are looking for a high‑ownership Central Growth manager to drive measurable monetization outcomes across the Paytm consumer app. The role will own growth and monetization levers to increase ARPU, engagement, and category adoption while maintaining tight ROI discipline.

Key responsibilities

• Own app monetization outcomes (ARPU uplift, conversion, repeat usage, category adoption).
• Build and optimise traffic allocation strategies across app surfaces to maximise incremental ARPU and engagement.
• Scale cross‑sell opportunities by embedding monetisation hooks in high‑frequency discovery journeys.
• Run a structured experimentation engine from hypothesis to iteration and own weekly business reviews.
• Drive selective referral programmes as a lever for acquisition and retention with clear ROI guardrails.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of experience in growth, product growth, monetisation, category P&L, strategy & ops or growth marketing.
• Strong grasp of unit economics (ROI, CAC/CPA, payback), funnel analysis and cohort‑based retention.
• Proven ability to scale programmes through experimentation and cross‑functional execution.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to influence product, finance and data science teams.
