Growth Head (For Women Only)

About the role

The company is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing for the financial or investment industry, based in HSR Layout, Bangalore. The role offers a CTC of up to 24 LPA and targets candidates with 8–12 years of experience, preferably able to join immediately.

Key responsibilities

• Drive customer acquisition and retention through innovative growth strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to identify opportunities, optimise the conversion funnel and align execution with strategy.
• Lead cross‑functional growth initiatives and coordinate with product development to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform growth tactics.
• Analyse performance data, track key metrics and adjust tactics to achieve measurable growth.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in growth marketing, customer acquisition and growth hacking, with a data‑driven approach.
• Successful track record in sales and business development within the financial or investment sector.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and managing end‑to‑end growth initiatives.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build collaborative internal and external partnerships.
• Proficiency with digital marketing platforms and analytics tools.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
