Growth Affiliate Manager – Fintech

About the role

We are seeking a Growth Affiliate professional to own end‑to‑end affiliate channel performance for Paytm Money. The role will focus on building a sustainable and scalable affiliate growth engine while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Own the affiliate channel from partner onboarding through scaling, driving acquisition with quality metrics such as IR and FT.
• Develop and manage relationships with affiliate networks (vCommission, Admitad, Impact), fin‑influencers, publishers and deal platforms, onboarding high‑quality direct affiliates.
• Set up and scale the Digital Referral Agent (DRA) channel, defining onboarding, training, tracking and payout mechanisms while meeting regulatory standards.
• Optimize payouts, funnels and landing journeys to improve CAC and conversion rates, and run continuous experiments on creatives and messaging.
• Own channel‑level reporting (CAC, ROI, cohort performance), implement strong tracking, attribution and fraud detection to ensure traffic quality.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in affiliate/performance marketing, preferably in stock broking or fintech.
• Proven track record of scaling affiliate channels with measurable ROI and experience with affiliate networks such as vCommission, Admitad, Impact.
• Strong understanding of broking acquisition funnels (Signup, KYC, IR, First Trade) and regulatory frameworks for financial services.
• Analytical ability to drive decisions using CAC, LTV and cohort analysis, and experience managing large budgets.
• Excellent stakeholder management across Product, Compliance and Marketing teams.
