Group Performance Management Specialist (Finance)

About the role

The Group Performance Management Specialist will support Group Finance by ensuring the accuracy and timely delivery of financial models, reporting packs, and performance commentary. Based in Bengaluru, the role works in a hybrid setting and collaborates with multi‑located peers and senior executives.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly financial and CFO/Board updates, highlighting key performance drivers, risks and opportunities.
• Compile and analyse components of actuals, outlook and plan results for the Group.
• Support external reporting, including quarterly trading updates and semi‑annual/annual close documentation.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to standardise, simplify and automate reporting processes.
• Undertake ad‑hoc finance assignments and projects as required.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across locations.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of FP&A/FPM activities such as variance analysis, budgeting, outlook and what‑if scenarios.
• Knowledge of banking metrics, balance‑sheet performance, revenue and cost drivers.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate accountability.
• Growth mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and stakeholder collaboration.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data manipulation, analysis and model building.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and ThinkCell for presentation creation.
• Experience in financial modeling.
