GRC Archer Consultant

About the role

An experienced GRC Archer Consultant is sought, with strong hands-on experience in RSA Archer implementation, configuration and customization. The ideal candidate understands GRC processes and can deliver Archer solutions based on business requirements. The position is based in India.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, configure and customize RSA Archer GRC solutions.
• Gather business requirements and turn them into Archer applications and workflows.
• Design and configure Archer applications, questionnaires, data fields, workflows, dashboards and reports.
• Develop and maintain GRC processes for Risk Management, Compliance, Audit and Third-Party Risk.
• Perform Archer integrations and support data migration where required.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Archer application and workflow issues.
• Work with business and technical stakeholders to deliver GRC solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation and support testing and deployment.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in GRC / RSA Archer.
• Strong hands-on RSA Archer implementation experience is mandatory.
• Experience with Archer application development, configuration and workflow design.
• Good understanding of GRC, risk management, compliance and audit processes.
• Experience with enterprise clients and cross-functional teams.

Required skills

• RSA Archer implementation, configuration and customization.
• Archer integrations and APIs (preferred).
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT or other security/compliance frameworks (preferred).
• Analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
