About the role

Accenture is seeking a Graphic & Visual Design Associate to support its B2B sales engine. The role focuses on transforming sales presentations into future‑ready, digital assets while managing content inventory, schedule changes, and cancellations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build client‑ready sales presentations for pitches, renewals, executive briefings and strategic pursuits.
• Organize, categorize and publish content using designated tools and channels for internal and external audiences.
• Ensure brand compliance, visual consistency and storytelling clarity across all sales collateral.
• Convert workforce analytics, KPIs and case‑study data into compelling visualizations.
• Maintain and update presentation templates and asset libraries on a quarterly basis.

Required profile

• Graduate degree with 1‑3 years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of B2B sales cycles and client presentation dynamics.
• Familiarity with structured storytelling frameworks.
• Ability to navigate fast‑paced sales stakeholders and ensure content reusability.
• Basic knowledge of marketing and branding principles.

• Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Content management tools used for organizing and publishing assets.
