Graphic Designer – Visual Storyteller for Digital Campaigns

About the role

Millipixels Interactive is looking for a Graphic Designer who can turn campaign ideas into compelling visual experiences across social, print, presentations, and more. You will work closely with marketing, content, video, and sales teams to ensure every brand touchpoint is consistent, engaging, and strategically aligned.

Key responsibilities

• Own the visual storytelling for campaigns, translating concepts into social posts, decks, print collateral, and other formats.
• Maintain brand consistency by applying established colors, typography, and layout logic across multiple projects.
• Adapt core ideas to various sizes, orientations, and mediums without losing impact.
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross‑functional teams to deliver a unified voice.
• Manage several projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while preserving high design quality.
• Elevate briefs by providing creative direction and integrating feedback while keeping the core concept intact.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of hands‑on graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating social content, presentations, branding, and marketing collateral.
• Ability to think strategically and execute designs that serve both B2B and consumer audiences.
• Excellent judgment in visual hierarchy, composition, and brand storytelling.

Required skills

• Proficiency in industry‑standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma).
• Understanding of digital and print production processes.
• Ability to work quickly and iterate based on feedback.
