Graphic Designer – Production Role

About the role
This is a production‑focused Graphic Designer position where you will create finished, shippable graphics for branding, packaging, digital, print and campaign assets. The role requires fast turnarounds, with work delivering in weeks rather than quarters, and you will work on‑site with an early‑stage team.
Key responsibilities
- Develop brand graphics, logos and visual assets across all product lines.
- Create packaging artwork, print collateral and retail signage.
- Design social media creatives, web graphics and campaign visuals.
- Prepare production‑ready artwork, including CMYK files, dielines and pre‑press specifications.
- Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to ensure visual consistency.
Required profile
- A strong portfolio showcasing brand work, packaging and campaign graphics.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Experience with Adobe InDesign, Figma or After Effects is a plus.
- Comfortable working on‑site in Kozhikode with quick iteration cycles.
