Graphic Designer – Print & Publication Specialist

About the role

The Graphic Designer will create high‑quality visual designs for print and digital media, focusing on book layout, signage, and marketing collaterals. You will work closely with authors, editors, and production teams to ensure design integrity and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design and layout books, magazines, catalogues, and other publishing materials with strong typographic and grid‑system skills.
• Prepare print‑ready files, manage colour profiles, bleed, crop marks, and coordinate with printing vendors.
• Create indoor and outdoor signage, flex banners, hoardings, and display boards that follow brand guidelines.
• Develop marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, business cards, and promotional materials.
• Apply colour‑management practices, review proofs, and maintain design standards across projects.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, maintain organized asset libraries, and communicate concepts to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented creative professional with excellent typographic skills.
• Ability to handle several projects under tight deadlines.

• Up‑to‑date with current design trends, tools, and print‑industry techniques.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong knowledge of print design standards (CMYK, bleed, trim, resolution).
• Experience in book and page layout design.
• Expertise in signage design for indoor and outdoor installations.
• Colour‑management and pre‑press quality assurance.
