Graphic Designer – Performance‑Driven Creative for D2C Brands

About the role

We are seeking a creative and performance‑driven Graphic Designer to produce high‑converting visual assets for our D2C personal‑care brands. The role supports paid‑media, website, CRM and e‑commerce channels, working closely with performance marketers to iterate quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Design daily performance ad creatives (static and GIF) for Meta, Google and other paid media platforms.
• Translate marketing briefs into multiple creative variations for A/B testing.
• Produce high‑impact visuals for website banners, thumbnails, landing pages and tech assets.
• Create engaging CRM assets such as emailers, WhatsApp messages, RCS and push notifications.
• Adapt brand assets for e‑commerce marketplaces, partnership campaigns and offline print.
• Collaborate with performance marketers to analyse results and refine designs.
• Support product and model shoots, including basic camera and lighting assistance.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of design experience in D2C, e‑commerce, beauty, fashion or lifestyle brands.
• Proven track record creating conversion‑focused creatives for performance marketing.
• Strong sense of layout, typography and visual hierarchy.
• Awareness of current design trends and ability to apply them quickly.
• Basic understanding of photography and camera work is a plus.
