Graphic Designer – Performance Creative

About the role

PEP, the maker of mCaffeine and Hyphen, is seeking a creative and performance‑driven Graphic Designer to craft high‑converting visual assets for its digital and e‑commerce channels. You will work on a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment, collaborating closely with performance marketers to optimise creatives for clicks, conversions and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Design daily performance ad creatives (static and GIF) for paid media campaigns.
• Translate marketing briefs into multiple creative variations for A/B testing.
• Produce high‑impact visuals for website banners, thumbnails, GIFs and other tech assets.
• Create engaging CRM assets such as emailers, WhatsApp messages, RCS and push notifications.
• Adapt brand assets for e‑commerce, marketplace and partnership creatives to boost engagement and conversion.
• Collaborate with performance marketers to iterate quickly based on data insights.
• Maintain design quality while handling a high volume of work.
• Support additional creative needs including offline print, landing page assets, product and model shoots, mood‑boarding and basic camera/lighting assistance.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience designing for D2C, e‑commerce, beauty, fashion or lifestyle brands.
• Experience creating CRM and performance‑marketing creatives.
• Strong sense of layout, typography and visual hierarchy.
• Awareness of current design trends and ability to apply them.
• Basic understanding of photography and camera work is a plus.
