Graphic Designer – On-site

About the role

Foster Academy is seeking a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer to create visual assets for both digital and print platforms. The role supports marketing, course promotion, and institutional branding initiatives across the academy’s training programs.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce graphics for marketing materials, social media, and course promotion.
• Develop and refine logos, ensuring a consistent brand identity.
• Create layouts, typography, and visual compositions for digital and print media.
• Collaborate with trainers, marketing teams, and management to translate concepts into compelling designs.
• Prepare production-ready files and manage design revisions.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design work, preferably for educational or institutional projects.
• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to interpret briefs, present concepts, and incorporate feedback constructively.
• Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously on-site.

• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign.
