Graphic Designer – Media & Events (Kurla)

About the role

Retail Jeweller India, a leading media and events organisation in the gems and jewellery sector, is looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join its team in Kurla, Mumbai. You will be responsible for producing high‑quality visual assets for print and digital platforms, supporting the brand’s magazines, tabloid, social media channels and event communications.

Key responsibilities

• Design the Retail Jeweller India magazine and market tabloid, creating layouts, pagination and typography.
• Produce special publication layouts, supplements and buying guides.
• Develop social‑media creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and other digital platforms.
• Design event‑related graphics for awards, forums, conferences and other IPs.
• Collaborate closely with editorial, marketing and events teams to ensure visual consistency across all brands.
• Prepare print‑ready and digital files, adhering to technical specifications.

Required profile

• 3 to 10 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in publishing, media or advertising.
• Portfolio showcasing magazine layouts and social‑media creatives (mandatory).
• Graduate or diploma in Graphic Design or related field.
• Based in Mumbai and able to work near Kurla West.

Required skills

• Adobe InDesign – strong expertise in page layout, grids and typography.
• Adobe Photoshop – advanced image editing, retouching and composition.
• Adobe Illustrator – vector graphics, illustrations and logo creation.
