Graphic Designer

About the role

You will shape how brands look and feel across every surface they touch – from identity systems and campaigns to social, web and app graphics, and occasional print pieces. Working closely with UI/UX, development, content and marketing teams, your ideas will influence the work from brief to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Turn briefs into distinctive concepts, then carry them through to polished, platform‑ready work.
• Build and extend brand identities, including logos, type, colour and the systems that hold them together.
• Design social, campaign and digital assets that perform as well as they look.
• Create graphics for websites, apps and landing pages in close collaboration with UI/UX and development teams.
• Use AI tools for exploration, image generation and visualisation, applying your judgement as the final filter.
• Present your thinking to the team and, increasingly, to clients.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in an agency or studio environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to shape brand look and feel.
• Proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma.
• Photography, videography or video editing skills (a plus).
• Excellent grasp of typography, composition, colour and hierarchy.
• Hands‑on experience with AI creative tools and the discernment to judge output quality.
• Understanding of business goals behind design decisions.
• Basic UI/UX sensibility (advantage).
