About the role

Our Design Studio is seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer with over three years of experience to join our dynamic team. You will collaborate on innovative projects and help create visually appealing digital assets that enhance user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design and create digital assets such as website banners, product images, social media graphics, and promotional materials.
• Maintain brand consistency by following established brand guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop resonant promotional messaging.
• Analyze design performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
• Optimize graphics for engagement, balancing visual appeal with user experience.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to deliver projects that meet campaign objectives and deadlines.

Required profile

• Minimum of three years of professional graphic design experience with a strong, diverse portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Solid understanding of visual design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Experience creating digital assets optimized for web and social media platforms.
• Strong knowledge of brand consistency and ability to align content with brand guidelines.
• Analytical mindset to measure design performance and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork.
