Graphic Designer

About the role

The Data Duck, a strategy, design and AI consultancy based in Mumbai, is looking for a Graphic Designer with 2‑4 years of experience. You will help translate complex strategy into clear, visual communication for both client projects and the agency’s own brand.

Key responsibilities

• Design brand identities, pitch decks, presentations, social media creatives, marketing collateral and digital assets.
• Convert strategic messaging into clean, confident visuals without unnecessary fluff.
• Own projects from brief to final delivery, managing concept, iteration and hand‑off.
• Collaborate closely with strategy and client teams to understand the “why” behind each brief.
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across multiple client accounts.
• Ensure high standards of typography, layout and visual hierarchy.
• Stay up‑to‑date with design trends and introduce fresh ideas to the studio.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience (agency, in‑house or consultancy).
• Portfolio demonstrating brand work, decks, social content and print or digital collateral.
• Strong visual sense for typography, colour and layout.
• Ability to juggle several projects simultaneously while maintaining quality.
• Openness to feedback and rapid iteration.
